Intracellular Metabolites Quantification

a-KG: a-Ketoglutarate Assay Kit-Fluorometric

  • Fluorometric quantification of a-Ketoglutarate (a-KG) used as an idicator of enhanced uptake of glucose metabolites into the TCA cycle

and of enhanced glutaminolysis

ATP: ATP Assay Kit-Luminescence

  • Quantification of of Intracellular ATP by luciferase luminescence. Compatible with Micropkate assay

Mitochondrial membrane potential: MT-1 MitoMP Detection Kit

Endocytosis: ECGreen-Endocytosis Detection 

  • ECGreen is a pH dependent fluorescence dye that localizes to vesicle membrane. The visualization of endocytosis is a more direct method than fluorescent analogs and allows visualization endocytosis from the stage of early endosomes.

Exosome: ExoSparkler EV Membrane Labeling Kit / ExoSparkler EV Protein Labeling Kit

  • ExoSparkler series can be used for staining of purified exosomal membrane or protein, which allows imaging of labeled exosomes taken up by cells. Availalbe in Green - Red and Deep Red

Plasma:  PlasMem Bright

  • PlasMem Bright dyes are ready to use and water soluble, and have been designed to stain PMs for over a day. Dye are available in Green and red

Bacteria Staining And Biofilms

Viability: : '-Bacstain- Bacterial Viability Detection Kit -

  • Are a series of products for fluorescent double-staining of bacteria. By combining different types of fluorescent stain, staining images can be acquired for each index (membrane impairment, respiratory activity, and esterase activity). Fluorescent staining does not require bacterial culture and enables viability assessment by rapid and simple protocols.
  • DAPI/PI: This kit can be used to measure the ratio of membrane-damaged bacteria to total bacteria on the analysis of the fluorescent images from each stain.
  • CTC/DAPI: This kit can be used to measure the ratio of bacteria with respiratory activity to total bacteria on the analysis of the fluorescent images from each stain.
  • CFDA/PI: This kit can be used to measure the ratio of bacteria with esterase activity to membrane-damaged bacteria on the analysis of the fluorescent images from each stain.

  • Quantitative measurements of biofilm formation/inhibition (Biofilm Formation Assay Kit) and anti-biofilm drug efficacy (Biofilm Viability Assay Kit) adopted a protocol which is designed to use the peg plate from biofilm formation.
