Cell Signalling – how is the Phospho Explorer antibody array used?

Phospho Arrays - Full Moon - tebu-bio

If your research interest is focused on the identification of cell signalling pathways and protein phosphorylation profiles, the comprehensive Phospho Explorer Array may be of great help to you, measuring changes in phosphorylation status in more than 1000 targets at once. I invite you to take a look at the technology and its benefits, after which I’ve included some publications in 2018 to give you an idea of how other researchers have used this array and how it helped them generate meaningful data in their phosphorylation studies.

The Phospho Explorer Antibody Array is a glass-based antibody array for broad-scope protein phosphorylation profiling and screening in cell and tissue samples from human, mouse and rat. This array consists of 1318 antibodies related to multiple signaling pathways and biological processes. The antibodies on the array (more than 1000 targets on one slide) are covalently immobilized on a high quality glass surface coated with a unique 3-D polymer ensuring high binding efficiency and specificity. Each array includes well-characterized and relevant antibodies, as well as positive & negative controls. Each package contains two identical array slides for analyzing two samples, such as a control sample and a treatment sample. As a broad screening tool, this array will help you identify quickly which pathway(s) are involved in your study in order to move to the next step. Should you wish to outsource your sample processing to experts, a dedicated project manager will generate a full report for you with data expressed as fold induction ratio.
