A new publication by BenMohamed F. et al. investigating the role of TLR9 in pulmonary infections

The authors have investigated the role Toll-Like Receptor 9 (TLR9) in host defense during Pseudomonas aeruginosa lung infection.

This team showed the inhibitory effects of TLR9 on innate immune response during Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia. For this, they looked at the mouse primary alveolar marcrophages’ pathogen clearance activity and the pro-inflammatory mediator expression.

Congratulations to the authors (Institut Pasteur, Paris, France; INSERM U874 and INSERM U1013, Paris, France) who have relied on tebu-bio when selecting their discovery tools.
