Anti-c-erbB2 Monoclonal Antibody (Rabbit) was used to detect c-erbB2 in human breast tumor tissue. Tissue was formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded. Staining requires boiling of sections in 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 for 10 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. The primary antibody (cat. nr 900-C01-B37_C) was diluted 1:100 and reacted with tissue for 30 min at RT.
