- RNA extraction
- cDNA synthesis step with RT² First Step Synthesis Kit (Cat nr C-03): The kit also contains an effective genomic DNA elimination step and a built-in External RNA Control, allowing a cDNA synthesis step control when using RT² Profiler PCR Arrays (SABiosciences Corporation).
- Real time PCR runs of X samples on the selected plate(s): The RT²Profiler PCR arrays are designed to profile the expression of 84 pathway specific genes, five housekeeping genes and two negative controls simultaneously.
Data Delivery
- Supply of data in an easy-to-use Excel-based data analysis template: Data analysis template is based on the ΔΔCt method with normalisation of the raw data to either housekeeping genes or an external RNA control.
- Includes raw data and tabular results as well as Scatter, 3D, and Volcano Plots
