Rho Activator II

The Rho Activator II is capable of selectively activating RhoA over Rac1 and Cdc42 (as shown in the figure below). This activator enhances GTP-bound Rho levels by up to ten fold depending on the cell line.

Rho/Rac/Cdc42 activator I

The Rho/Rac/Cdc42 activator I simultaneously modulates the activity of Rho, Rac and Cdc42 which creates a system to study the effects of activating the entire Rho family of Proteins. The figure below indicates morphological changes induced by CN04 treatment of Swiss 3T3 cells.
