30/06/11 - Neutral Protease (Dispase II)

 

Dispase II (DISP1) is a non-mammalian, animal origin free protease with mild proteolytic action.

Because it is gentle on cell membranes, it is especially well suited for preparing primary cell cultures.

Or use it as secondary enzyme in cell isolation and tissue dissociation applications along with collagenase.
