Take advantage of these high quality DNA / RNA controls for Nucleic Acid Tests (NAT) (1-3). DNA / DNA controls (together with Viral lysates) are ideal companion for PCR reactions (including Nested-PCR). The quantitated controls have been characterized in such a way that the number of DNA copy per µl is known. They are suitable fpr quantitative PCR. To a lower extend the non quantitated controls might also be used for such a purpose by assessing the number of copies / ml according to its MW (see table below).
