We provides a selection of recombinant kinesin motor-domain proteins from 9 of the 14 reported kinesin classes. The protein domains are useful as targets for anti-mitotic drug discovery and as reagents for comparative studies of kinesin class specific motor activities.
New this year is an Eg5 homolog from the pathogen Aspergillus fumigatus (Cat.# EG02), which has potent uses in anti-fungal drug development.
