• Phospho-enriched Whole Cell lysates

Lysates generated using PhosphoCruz Protein Purification system (Cat nr: SC-24964) are provided as Western-blotting or Immunoprecipitation positive controls. Western blotting lysates are provided as 50 µg prtotein in 50 µl SDS-PAGE Western blotting buffer (recommended 5 - 20 µg per lane). Immunoprecipitation lysates are provided as 200 µg protein in 200 µl 0.1% SDS buffer (sufficient for 50 tests).

• Phospho-enriched Tissue Extracts
