One of our customers needed to assess the biological activity of 200 compounds he received from his chemistry department. He was looking for a cell-based assay that only required little amounts of compounds, and he was not willing to disclose any information on compound structure or names. We determined receptor selectivity for him. Once the report was sent, we kept the compounds in stock while he performed the analysis. We further performed efficacy assessment on some of his hits at several dilutions.
