We generate cell lines for over-expression or knock-down (SilenciX technology) of your proteins of interest (GPCRs, ion channel, transporters, etc) in order to set-up your next cell-based assay models.

  • Plasmid construction with the gene of interest,
  • Mammalian cell transfection (transient or stable),
  • Cell line selection (monoclonal or polyclonal),
  • Validation by expression analysis: gene & protein profiling, WB, ELISA, etc
  • Cell line expansion and cell banking (Mycoplasma free tested),
  • Frozen stocks delivered with production report,
  • Deliverables: cell stock, cell pellets, cell lysates, RNA extracts, etc
