Controls for siRNA experiments

Monitor transfection efficiency to be sure that your siRNA entered cells

Fluorescein conjugated control siRNA (Cat nr: sc-36869) allows to assess the transfection step, in particular in cell line the customer is working with.
The scrambled sequence will not lead to the specific degradation of any cellular message.
This is an independant control to check that the protocol is working and that the transfection occurred successfully.
Make sure that the gene silencing induced by your siRNA is specific cells

The control siRNA (Cat nr: sc-37007) is a siRNA that will not lead to any specific gene silencing. This negative control allows to check that the silencing is not generated by the transfection reagent.
