NIH 3T3 cells labeled with the green-fluorescent phosphatidylinositol analog, BODIPY™ FL, C6-PtdIns(4,5)P2
Fluorescent PtdInsPn probes are based on modification of the sn-1-O-acyl chain with BODIPY® FL (505/513), BODIPY® TMR (542/574), BODIPY® TR (589/617) or NBD (465/535) fluorophores.
Each of these is available with hexanoyl at the sn-2 position and the NBD probes are also available with palmitoyl (hexadecanoyl or C16) in this position.
