Ubiquitinylation and SUMOylation are key mechanisms to regulate cellular functions of a variety of proteins.

To test whether your protein is ubiquitynilated or SUMOylated, we are pleased to introduced you two new and complete assays.

The ubiquitinylation kit provides the means of generating thioester-linked Ubiquitin (Ub)-conjugated E2 enzymes, for use in the ubiquitinylation of E3 ligases and target substrate proteins.

In the SUMOylation kit, all necessary components are provided to perform in vitro SUMOylation by covalent linkage of SUMO-1, -2 or -3 to the target protein.


For both kits, detection is performed by SDS-PAGE and western blotting analysis.
