2. Pick your species
Microarrays can be available for human, mouse, and / or rat.

3. Pick the available technology that best suits your needs
The Oligo GEArrays^® are available in two different formats, the HybPlate and HybTube formats, which are indicated in the product name.

* Choose the HybTube format if you have a rotisserie hybridization oven available and your sample number is small.

* Choose the HybPlate format if you don't have a rotisserie hybridization oven available or if you have a large number of samples.The GEArray^® Express Thermoshaker is designed to be used with the GEArray^® Express Multi-Chamber HybPlate for processing Oligo GEArray^® HybPlate formatted microarrays
