Controls advised on a custom PCR array

We highly recommend that each panel of genes contain at least :

• 2 housekeeping genes

• 1 RNA synthesis control spiked-in from our cDNA synthesis kit (Cat nr C-03)

• 1 negative control (gDNA contamination, PCR positive control)
