Feline Osteoblasts (FOb)
Feline Osteoblasts (FOb) are isolated from feline bone and are cryopreserved at second passage. FOb can be passaged at least 10 population doublings. The feline model provides a system for the study of bone-remodeling agents1,2,3,4. Canine osteoblasts have been used in bone regeneration models that utilize scaffolds such as 3-D bioactive polycaprolactone5.

Each lot tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C and negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi.
