Animal Primary Cells
Canine Pulmonary Artery Smooth Muscle Cells (CnPASMC)
Canine Pulmonary Artery Smooth Muscle Cells (CnPASMC) are derived from the tunica intima and tunica media of canine pulmonary arteries and are cryopreserved at second passage. CnAOEC can be passaged at least 16 population doublings. The canine model has been used to study the role of calcium entry1,2,3,4,5,6,7, ClC-3 channels8,9, PDGF10,11, and PKC12,13 on pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell function.

Each lot tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C and negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi.
