2005 Licence agreement with UTI ( Calgary, Canada): tebu-bio laboratories offer now the expression of protein via an insect cell system.

2003 With our European sales up to 50 % of our turnover, we decided to unify the name: tebu-bio. SPB became tebu-bio laboratories.
tebu-bio laboratories have been chosen by Puracyp (Carlsbad, Ca, USA) (licence agreement signed) to be the European provider of a CYP & P-gp induction screening system.

1998 Opening of Totam Biologicals Ltd in the United Kingdom and acquisition of Trimital srl in Italy.

1995 The company opens SanverTECH bv in The Netherlands and TEBU GmbH in Germany.

1991 For the first time, the entire turn-over is generated by laboratory reagents.

1972 TEBU France becomes the French distributor of SERVA Feinbiochemica, a German company specialised in research chemicals.

1953 TEBU France is established as a subsidiary of the Teer Bedrijf Uithoorn, a Dutch Tar processing industry. Based in Paris, the new company has to promote and sell the products manufactured by the Dutch plant.
