The Multi-Analyte Profiler ELISArray profiles the relative level of 12 proteins in multiple cell supernatant (media), serum, or plasma samples at the same time. The capture and detection antibodies included in the kit have been pre-optimized together in order to deliver quantitative results for each antigen on the same plate.

Two 96-well ELISA microplates have each been pre-coated with a panel of 12 target-specific capture antibodies, one in each row. A kit with two 96-well plates also includes the detection antibodies, and a complete set of reagents.
