30 MayInhibit Rho in live-cell assays
Exoenzyme C3 is widely recognized as the selective inhibitor of Rho activity. However, microinjection or pinocytosis have drawbacks such as need for specialized equipment, limited number of cells that can be treated, high cost or slow processes... Newly available, a cell permeable variant of C3 transferase can be used to inhibit Rho in cells within 2-4 h.
- Easy to use: Just dissolve the lyophilized product and add to your cells
- Time-saving: Inactivates Rho in 2-4 h
- Allows both biochemical and morphological studies
- Cost effective
- Dose and time dependant effect
