All year round and on all shipments, we are careful to send your products according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

To avoid any temperature-related damage during the summer, we will ship your products with Warm-Weather Packaging (blue ice cooled polystyrene box) at no cost to you!

This extra care shipping is applied to temperatures along the entire path of transit (typically greater than 30°C ) and is performed for reagents usually shipped at room-temperature.

For these items, we will automatically upgrade your shipping if necessary, in accordance with procedures outlined above, to ensure safe delivery.
