Simply identify and select the products you require using our powerful search engine. You can decide at any time to validate your order, by entering your login details to access your mytebu-bio account.
If you’re a new user, you can create your account online and we’ll confirm details for you to be able to place your orders and fully benefit from the advantages of being a member.
How do I pay?
Secured payment can be processed online via credit card with our bank
CIC, or your order can be transmitted for validation according to the agreed processing methods for your organisation (
e.g. forwarded to your purchasing department, or to the person in charge of ordering within your department...).

How and when will my order be shipped?
Orders for products in stock are dispatched immediately. For other products, we will confirm the estimated shipping schedule.
We will also take into account special requirements for temperature-sensitive items shipped on cool-packs, dry-ice or in cryo-shippers (liquid nitrogen).
To ensure such products reach you in optimal condition, we adapt our dispatch schedule to avoid transit delays over weekends and holidays.
All our consignments are shipped via well known international couriers, able to deliver throughout Europe within 24-48 hours in full respect of IATA transport rules & regulations.
How do I know when my order is shipped? Can I track my parcel?
mytebu-bio members can access the status of their orders via their account. Tracking details are also available on-line so you can see where your parcel is.
Where can I send my order offline?
You can send or fax it to your
local tebu-bio office who will be pleased to help.
It will be handled and dispatched according to the same shipping procedures above.
